HCG Protocol Outline

Phase 1 - Is completely Optional (Most people are so excited about losing weight that they  just want to start losing weight ASAP)

Phase 2 - Are you ready to start losing some weight?  Well, lets go

*  Start the drops in the morning so you have 2 full days of LOADING.

1)  Day 1 and 2 – First 2 days “LOADING” with drops.   (Eat all high FAT food)  Check out the “Great Loading Foods” page

2)  Days 3 – 23 are VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet  – 500 Calories) with drops  (TOTAL DAYS 23)

3) Days 24-26 are VLCD with NO drops (TOTAL DAYS 26)

Phase 3

1)  Next 21 days – Eating anything (in moderation) EXCEPT sugar and starches

Phase 4

1) Next 21 days  or FOREVER- Adding back in Sugar and Staches (Only 1 sugar OR starch every 2 days)

If you are planning on doing several rounds you will need to:

Between Round 1 and 2 – you will need to wait 42 days or 6 weeks

Between Round 2 and 3 – you will need to wait 56 days or 8 weeks

Between Round 3 and 4 – you will need to wait 70 days or 10 weeks

Between Round 4 and 5 – you will need to wait 84 days or 12 weeks

The time frame for waiting within rounds is so that your body will NOT become immune to the HCG and it also mentally prepares you that you can maintain for forever.
