This is the list that you will find in the Pounds and Inches, plus anything else I ate with be marked with **** before the item.  Remember, this is my food list and MAY or MAY NOT work for you so you MUST be cautious with everything.  My tip is:  I only add in one new item every other day (this way I can tell by the scales if my Body is going to like it or reject it).  Trust me your body will let you know.  Remember, I have never had to do a steak day because I live by my rules and they are working…  Hope this helps people that are going into P3 on the “New Life HCG Journey”!
