Crab Cakes – (P2)

  • 3.5 oz’s crab (same as 100 grams)
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 Tblspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • *1 melba toast  or grissini breadstick

Mix everything together and form into 2 small patties. Take a small baking dish, squeeze some lemon juice into the bottom. Place the cakes into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
