Ice Cream

ICE CREAM

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (or Whole Milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon Splenda (or Stevia to taste)
  • 1 cap full of Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla Stevia)
  • 1 Handful of Rock Salt
  • Ice

Put Cream, Sugar, and Vanilla in a small Zip Lock Bag.
Fill another larger Zip Lock with Ice (3/4 full) and a handful of Rock Salt.
Place the smaller bag in the larger bag (make sure both bags are sealed well).
SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!! (for about 15 minutes until cream is “ice creamish”)
Remove smaller bag from bigger bag and ENJOY!

I did this with my kids last night and had a blast!
We called it a Science Experiment with a tasty finish.
They LOVED it!!

You can cut one of the corners out of the bag and squeeze the ice cream out, or do what I did and just eat it out of the bag!

My husband added a tablespoon of Peanut Butter to his, too.
