Peanut Butter Cookies
(toward the end of Phase 3 once your weight is pretty stable)
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 egg
- …1 cup Splenda for baking
- 1/2 teas. salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together. Form a ball and chill for 10 minutes. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Wet a fork and dip into small bowl of Splenda, then push the fork crosswise onto the cookie to flatten. Dipping the splenda for each cookie. Bake 8-10 minutes,
