Po Cakes (P3)

Po’ Cakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 7 Tbsp. almond flour
  • Pinch of salt

Heat skillet with oil.
Drop by large spoonfuls and smooth out a bit (I made four with the batch).

Cook on each side about 1-2 minutes until brown and a bit crunchy.

Top with cream cheese or sugar free preserves of your choice.
