Fajita’s (P3)

Fajitas

  • 1 ½ pounds protein Steak (Round, London Broil whatever) or Chicken
  • 1 Medium onion, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup low sodium Beef Broth

In an iron cast skillet gril steak, add garlic, onions, Bell pepper
Add seasonings – paprika, cracked pepper, salt,
Add broth and cover.

Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

This is awesome! Even without the tortillas
