Fajitas
- 1 ½ pounds protein Steak (Round, London Broil whatever) or Chicken
- 1 Medium onion, sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
- 2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Cup low sodium Beef Broth
In an iron cast skillet gril steak, add garlic, onions, Bell pepper
Add seasonings – paprika, cracked pepper, salt,
Add broth and cover.
Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
This is awesome! Even without the tortillas
