Mozzarella Pizza Crust
- 2 C Shredded Mozz Cheese
- 2 Lg. Eggs
- 2 T Whey protein or coconut flour (optional)
- 1/2 t. Alum-free Baking Powder
- 1-3 t Italian Seasoning
Mix together. Spread to about 1/4″ thickness on baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 350, each side for 15 minutes. Cool for a bit, add sauce, toppings, top with cheese, then broil in over about 2 minutes until cheese topping is melted and bubbly.
